Product Description

The Hebe Grey Frame Cantilever Parasol - 3m x 2.5m Rectangular can be used in conjuction with a cantilever base to be a parasol that stands over your garden furniture.

This parasol is easily erected via a crank handle and a quick release pin which allows you to angle your parasol to project a shadow over your chosen area and hold it in place quickly and easily. You can tilt this parasol from side to side, allowing you to get more protection from the sun as it moves through the sky. You can also rotate this parasol 360 degrees simply press on the foot pedal to rotate.

This parasol is specially treated with a PA coating, which ensures it is resistant to sun bleaching and fading. The 250g polyester canopy offers plenty of sun protection as it has a UV rating of 50+. Additionally, it has a fade resistance level of 5/6 which means the colour is extremely protected against fading or discolouration.

The parasol can be fully closed, with the aid of straps, and easily stored away if necessary. We always recommend that the parasol remains closed when not in use and is always kept closed in extreme windy conditions.

This parasol does come with a handy cover included, the cover is PVC backed and incredibly weatherproof and can be easily attached to the parasol via the rod attachment.

This cantilever parasol has a cross-section bottom which will house suitable base weights (not included).

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all products in this range.

Standard Furniture Delivery

This furniture range has a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of a product page.

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by your local delivery company to confirm a delivery date. This is normally a few days before the items are ready to be dispatched. This service should enable you to arrange a date that suits you, although not every day of the week may be available in your area. The delivery is an all-day service between the hours of 7AM and 7PM (Mon-Fri).

Our standard furniture delivery includes: Items being checked and inspected before dispatch. This range of furniture offers a kerbside delivery, we do not unpack or position the items and we do not offer a packaging removal service. We advise you to check the items again upon delivery and report any issues to us straight away. This will enable us to rectify any issues that may arise as quickly as possible.

Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.

Accessories

All accessories in this range have a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of their product page.

If an accessory is purchased alongside other items we may deliver all items together. In which case please refer to the longest lead time on your order.

This delivery method refers to products such as lights, parasols and trays.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Bank holidays.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact us before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7AM and 7PM. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here

Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
