Where Is My Order

We aim to deliver all our rattan garden furniture and other products as soon as possible; some items are delivered directly from our supplier and some smaller items are delivered from our own warehouse.

The delivery lead-times are clearly outlined on each product page. If your item has not been delivered within this lead-time then please contact us on 0345 034 6570 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) or by using our Contact Us form and we will look in to the delivery further for you.

How Do I Return My Item To You?

If you're not 100% happy with your new rattan garden furniture, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that there maybe a restocking fee for unwanted delivered items. Please call us on 0345 034 6570 or contact us for more information.

We do ask you to upload photos to confirm the condition of the item before we send our delivery team to collect the rattan furniture.

Once we have collected the item from you then we will give you a full refund within 30 working days.

Please note that delivered items must be in the same condition that they arrived in to be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

Something Is Missing From My Order

We endeavour to ensure you receive all parts of your delivery as quickly as possible. Most of our products come directly from our suppliers and in some situations you order my have multiple deliveries. On the rare occasion that you may be something, don't panic and contact our after sales care team who will be happy to rectify any issue as quickly as possible.

I Have A Damaged Item What Shall I Do?

We do expect your rattan furniture to arrive in perfect when it leaves the warehouse. If however, a damage has occurred during transit, please don't panic. All we ask is that you thoroughly check the product and contact us straight away, damages need to be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

When contacting us please quote your order number and explain the damaged. Our after sales care team will help resolve the issue, quickly and efficiently.

I Want To Cancel My Order

We're always sorry to hear of any cancellations. If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
