The Orion 6m x 3m Aluminium Rectangular Pergola is an award-winning design, perfect for adding a stylish, covered area to your outdoor space.

Made entirely from aluminium, this stunning pergola is 100% waterproof and weather resistant for long-term use. The design is UV protected and therefore resistant to fading and other damage typically caused by heat, plus it protects you and your family from harmful UV rays. These weatherproof aspects mean that virtually no maintenance is required and the pergola can be left alone as a stunning addition to your patio or terrace space.

Additionally, we are proud to share that this collection of pergolas is finished with a TIGER Drylac powder coating which offers improved protection over standard powder coating and is more durable.

This pergola is the perfect opportunity to extend your outdoor season. Thanks to the tilting double-layer louvres, you can switch between a closed, sheltered space and an open top which allows sunlight to come flooding in. This means that you can use your outdoor area even when the weather is less than perfect. This pergola ultimately allows you to choose between sitting in sunshine or shade and provides a fully waterproof roof should it start to rain at a moment's notice - typical of British weather!

There is a brilliant built-in drainage system which prevents you from having to open the louvred roof to let water drain. Any rainwater that lands on the louvres flows into U-shaped channels. From here, the water flows from the roof and into channels in the pergola framework. Once in the horizontal framework, the rainwater will then flow into the inside of the hollow pergola legs and vertically down to the ground. This genius system means that you'll never see the water draining off of the pergola. If you were to open the louvres when wet, the U-shaped channels prevent rainwater from dripping under the sheltered area.

This pergola will require assembly and we recommend 2-3 people are required to safely lift and assemble the pergola. The build time is approx 2 hours. In order to secure the pergola to the ground, expansion bolts are supplied as standard. We recommend mounting the pergola on a flat solid and hard surface, like concrete bases. It is strongly recommended that all pergola legs are securely bolted to the floor using the holes within each leg base plate.

Our pergolas do not require planning permission. However, if you are unsure we always recommend contacting your Local Planning Office.

Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Standard delivery lead times are stated in the top right hand corner of every product page. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all products in this range.

Standard Furniture Delivery

This furniture range has a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of a product page.

Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by your local delivery company to confirm a delivery date. This is normally a few days before the items are ready to be dispatched. This service should enable you to arrange a date that suits you, although not every day of the week may be available in your area. The delivery is an all-day service between the hours of 7AM and 7PM (Mon-Fri).

Our standard furniture delivery includes: Items being checked and inspected before dispatch. This range of furniture offers a kerbside delivery, we do not unpack or position the items and we do not offer a packaging removal service. We advise you to check the items again upon delivery and report any issues to us straight away. This will enable us to rectify any issues that may arise as quickly as possible.

Exclusions: Due to the size and nature of the products, we may not be able to deliver to all areas. You will be made aware of any exclusions during checkout.

Accessories

All accessories in this range have a standard lead time, which is displayed in the key buying information at the top of their product page.

If an accessory is purchased alongside other items we may deliver all items together. In which case please refer to the longest lead time on your order.

This delivery method refers to products such as lights, parasols and trays.

Lead times for standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on; time of year, location or circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you informed of such extensions if they affect your order. We do not deliver on Bank holidays.

Delivery FAQ

Do I need to be home for my Delivery?

Yes, all of our products require a signature as proof of delivery. If you are not happy with your delivery date then please contact us before the day to make alternative arrangements.

Will I need to help my delivery driver?

Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.

My house has restricted access, what do I do?

Our drivers will NOT bring any of our orders through your home unless suitable access is available. Please check that the dimensions of your selected product will fit through all required access points of your property before ordering. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.

My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?

We deliver between 7AM and 7PM. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here

Please Note: Additional items such as furniture covers or parasols may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
